This offering is for my Yinn Body family, specifically curated to transport you back into the feeling body, the one that is relaxed and receptive enough to receive feedback supporting you in being ready to embody pleasure fully, and true pleasure is one you immerse yourself in because you want to be fully present and alive in your body.

The practice begs you to take it slowly and tenderly as you explore holds that stimulate Svadisthana, the sacral chakra, often referred to as ‘the sweetness’

For you to take the time to drop into your body and observe the subtle dances of sensation designed to deliver you back to feeling and steer you away from control.
